Neighborhood Wide Garage Sale – Saturday, October 3rd

Neighborhood Wide Garage Sale

When: Saturday, October 3, 2025, 8:00am – 11:00am.

Here is an outline of how it works:

The neighborhood association will –

  • Get the word out (Facebook, Instagram, Newsletter, website)
  • Post signs on 11th & TC Jester esplanades the day of the event

    Your job:
Start cleaning out, collecting, and organizing your garage sale items
Schlep your goods to your driveway: 8am – 11am on Saturday, October 3

Donate some of your proceeds (10%?) back to TMNA.

These funds will go towards keeping the neighborhood general spaces mowed, insurance paid and various social events throughout the year funded.

To get an idea of how many homes will participate please shoot
Amy Carter (amycarter1@aol.com) an email with your name and address.
