C.R. Brace, E.R. Carruth, and S. Alex Susholtz, a partnership doing business as Brace and Carruth, bought the property that was created out of the John Austin 2 League Grant and the John Reinerman Survey now known Timbergrove Manor. Timbergrove Manor is comprised of 4 sections. All of these sections were filed with Harris County; however, they were filed on different dates.
